DOCK SHELTERS
A dock shelter is a full installation of a dock leveller, installed directly to the warehouse façade and enabling maximum use of the warehouse space. The dock shelter is supplied with the dock systems that the customer needs – dock leveller, leveller tongues, dock seals.
Using the dock shelter
Dock shelters are mainly used in:
- Existing buildings that have no dock levellers;
- New buildings where maximum use of the warehouse space is important;
- Warehouses where temperature must not fluctuate.
A dock shelter is installed directly to the building’s wall, or at a horizontal angle of up to 45 degrees if there is limited space for incoming traffic.
